it only says they will buy them and the contract is ready to be signed. but i would imagine all now being sorted its a matter of putting pen to paper and sending a deposit to put the contract into force

I know,but that is a good news though.
Now we can expect the deal to be officially signed on India's republic day as Hollande will be the chief guest.

On lighter note no hopes for eft's comeback!!

well it has been over 3 years, and other manufactures will be warey oft his as they may not be interesting in a 3 year or a very long negoation process. as for us we nearly got an order for 28 from kuwait
