You are plainly wrong. China and India have different interest and different needs hence that nuance in the behavior. The need of the hour is not friendship between India and China, but substantive cooperation. I see this happening. The biggest tool that west has to wield its power is the current world financial system dominated by IMF and World Bank. The realization of BRICS bank is serious challenge to the west dominance.
