If you look at the video carefully the Indian soldiers are being repeatedly punched and kicked and beaten with sticks by the Chinese soldiers who were infuriated by the ripping of their flags. The Indian soldiers then like dogs between their tails were pushed and shoved and dejectedly walked away. Indian soldiers did not want to be posthumously awarded medals by Modi back home.
