But FYI, we have a well established and robust political and democratic system in place for the last 70 plus years. We know how to take it forward irrespective of who lives in the P.M house. And we can 100% guarantee that no one will grab power via force unlike some of our neigbhours.

So our nuclear assets are always safe and secure, a fact which is acknowledged by almost all nations across the world when they provided with the wavier of civilian nuclear deal on a platter, while knowing that we were not an NSG member or even signing NPT.

I blame Bollywood for that. History has shown that masses can be brainwashed, controlled, and led down whatever path the propaganda machine(of that era) picks for them. In the modern era film industry serves as a huge influence on ppl. Bollywood films constantly have been showing almost nude(at least in item numbers) women to them and has largely morally bankrupted the youth in a sense. Normally this sort of effect doesn't happen bcuz ppl know better to understand that films are fictional and dramatized...but it's not true in this case(to an extent).

If Pakistan is denied IMF loan it is a good thing just look at India what external debt has done to it. The Agri crisis in India is getting worse day by day with no solution in sight. Farmers are committing suicide and Indian Govt has no solution all because of $570 billion debt looming on India and large current account deficit India is rolled in. Pakistan has worked a lot on decreasing current account deficit and loans will further make that path hard.

Majority of that debt is commercial debt (business houses taking direct loans and not government) and not sovereign debt.
And our forex reserves are more than twice the size of our sovereign debt and majority of these debts are long term debts.

On the otherhand pakistans sovereign debt his 7 times the commercial debt.

Above point was given in reference to India's clout in IMF.
It has nothing to do with India can block loans. It can at best only raise its concerns. Which will be considered when setting up loan terms. Voting rights helps in deciding the working framework of IMF and its not for deciding who should get loan and who should not.
