as both parties are building barrages of allegation, ready to unleash during meeting..
plus if india calls off first, it would indicate that tehy are the one reluctant to pursue diplomatic relations.. so they won't i think..

Because they are going to face a decorated intel officer ,NSA with a bonus of Naved (gifted to us by Pakistanis).
You can imagine swweating moment of Pak delegation in India.

On topic:I dont see any reason for a call off from Indian side .
Because now we have some advantage .
