Krishnapuram Palace

Krishnapuram Palace was constructed during the reign of Marthanda Varma (1729-58), the King of erstwhile Travancore.

The Travancore kingdom had an independent postal or Anchal System with a mail transport service including a boat mail service and the Railway Anchal Service.
The Anchal (post) service was started in Travancore from 1800s itself.

The first adhesive Anchel Stamp was introduced on 16-10-1888

Our Indian friends seem to have an aesthetic angle rather concentrate on scenes with (more) human elements in it...
Is is because India is very crowded?
I know some parts in China so crowded it seemed to me people living their only interested in things 10 feet away from them (an exaggeration).

Napier palace or Puthe Maliga Palace Museum or Shri Chitra Art Gallery

This museum has much to impress the visitor with. Built in an exquisite blend of Kerala, Mughal, Chinese and Italian styles of architecture, the museum is also known as the Napier Museum after the erstwhile Governor General of Madras John Napier.
