FYI, DG ISPR Asif Ghafoor joined in 2016, but Pakistan DGs ISPR twitter working since Athar Abbas time

Asif Ghafoor was appointed in 2016, hence the date. Asim Bajwa was before him, and Athar Abbas before him were using social media in same form consistently.

But the main point is the format of communication that seems to be adopted by India now was initiated by Pakistan - that is all; not just twitter account registration dates as those are irrelevant.
