You forgot to post that we also bought the US debt bonds so in case we are also giving aid to the US, well in this case its a win win for India. They give us aid and we also buy their debt, can't say the same for Pakistan where its just aid and still going no where.

Plus you also forgot to post that China also gets US aid, and still US owes $10 billion to each nations.
