The problem that the muslim world has with Israel has very little to do with the Palestinian issue. The Palestinian issue is only an excuse. The problem the Arabs have with Israel it the alien and modern ideas like democracy, equality, liberty, women's empowerment, technical and educational progress etc. that the jews bring to the very heart of the Arab lands. This is basically a clash of ideas. The modern western ideals Vs. the medieval desert culture. Israel is literally a tiny oasis in the Arabic desert.

Eeeep! This topic has been ground to a paste. It's getting me sick!! How about talking of the Mullahs and their fascist and racist notions of Muslim extremism instead? They're spreading their poison for control of vast sections of Muslim society by fanning hatred and intolerance.

There's extremism present in every religion caste and creed in this world. Hindus, Muslims, Christians. And that's why I feel religion is an outdated concept that brings nothing else but wars, bloodshed and misery. 'Humanism' is probably a far better alternative which is a philosophy or ethical system that centres on the concept of the dignity, freedom, and value of human beings.

1. Every year lot of crop and infrastructure gets washed by floods in Bangladesh. I wonder whether they could get enough to eat??
GDP of bangladesh is merely of 100billion $ ranks 57,way below India which has gdp of 1.6 trillion.
2. Your per capita income is1500$ which is less than half campared to India's Per capita Income.
3. In India even terrorists like Kasab gets layers (its compulsory) for fair representation of his case. I dont know about bangladesh.
4. We have very good medical services. Even patients from our brother country Pakistan come to India to avail these facilities, and we would continue to welcome them.
5. We are amongst the top Doctors and Engineers producers in the world.
6. Number of patents and PhD awards is very much high compared to bangladesh.
7. In defence we are prety well compared to bangladesh. It was us who liberated them.
8. We are in G20, are you in even SCO??
9. We have very good space program, where even foreign satellites have been launched. Ever heard of Chandrayan space program?? Now does Bangladesh have basic degree program in aerospace engineering??
10. We are cricket world champs.. Now this is quite annoying to my bangla friend.

I can give 100 reasons where India is much ahead of Bangladesh. But I must refraind to do so.

Now can you please elaborate why India is mediaval nations and bagladesh is better?? Its better to cooperate and develop rather than bashing India..

I never said Bangladesh is ahead of India or any country. I would even say Vietnam is ahead of Bangladesh.

Nor did I bash India for that matter.

The user whom I was replying to is flying a Malaysian flag, not Bangladeshi. By saying that all Muslim countries are medieval and backward is not only a generalized statement, it also reflects plain hypocrisy considering he is making a living in one, and far more developed than India.

Where did u get the idea that I'm in some Middle East Arab country? I'm not even in an Islamic country.
Also, living in any country, doesn't mean that I agree with all the policies of the government. Same like many Pakistani's and muslims living in US, but disagreeing with the US goverments policies.
