At topic, its funny how people are creating strawmen and demolishing them. Indo Iranian relationship is pragmatic and based on mutual interest where both parties benefit. Both these nations value their sovereignty and are not in the business of singing brotherhood and emotional songs with other countries who then eventually tread upon their sovereignty, be it airfields, ports, land or airspace.
Its also funny a think tank from such a country lying through the teeth saying how his country did not have a choice in selling their sovereignty to USA and Gulf countries first and now to China. He is so conveniently forgetting the CIA flights taking off from Peshawar within years of Pakistan getting a constitution. Nobody was going to bomb them, they are just in the business of selling their sovereignty, and hence ''untrustworthy''. But his argument sure is a gem of an example of sophistry.
