entire policy of our country is wrong....we need to create job opportunity for people who are skilled as well as those who are not skilled at all...also GOI has failed to control population...these poor people are not saints either they can not feed themselves but won't stop producing babies like rabbits...

I agree with you but our state govts have failed and i blame them primarily
