I've also seen capitalism very closely (in Philippines, India, Thailand, Congo and Somalia). Nothing can be worse than capitalism for a developing country. More people have died due to capitalism in India alone in the past 100 years, than twice the sum of everyone who has ever died to communism.

Capitalist India has tends to trouble its neighbors. False claim on neighboring country land and sea, can be seen as a prospect war. Capitalist India is the exact same as the capitalist British Empire 100 years ago. It is a demonic organization ruled by a tiny hereditary dictatorship.

China defense is not India centric because India is too weak for us to center our defense on. But looking at the nature of capitalists and imperialists, its our duty to be prepared.

India accepted socialistic Capitalism. Our forfather knew that core capitalism or core communism is not fit for our democracy. So comparing our capitalism with Brits is foolish. Indian never attacked any country, All five Indo-Pak war was put on us by pakistan (Refer Nazam Sethi). China put war on us even after siging no war treaty (panchsheel agreement).

Lankans helped our enemy twice, 1965 and 1971 despite of our request of not to help. They paid price of that (isn't it japan attack USA coz USA was helping Brits in WWII??). We have some differences with bangladesh , which we are shorting out peacefully. We didn't wage war on them. (Unlike you did with Vietnaam).

Poverty and death: We got a torn nation in 1947, we are working on it, and Insha allah we will make it better place.

@china aggression: In my post I didn't said that (Read again) your agressive expansion is India centric. But the truth is looking at Chinese Imperialistic ambition, Indian modernization is China centric. We have right to build defensive army. We don't want 1961 again. We can't trust china..

But u are forgetting that china is the country with the largest numbers of neighbors in the whole world.

china have to deploy its forces at all of its border with mighty powers like Russia, India and then it have to deploy its capacities to face USA-South Korea-Japan-Vietnam-Philippines-Laos etc. etc.

To add to the injury, Now china have to deploy its forces towards its so called friend pakistan after china accuses pakistan of harboring terrorist of East Turkmenistan army.

We can't trust China. She is selling Aircraft, Nuke, Missiles and what not to Pakistan. Trying to sell anything to our neighbours which will be used against India. Although not the big concern but China is trying all her effort to create maximum threat towards India.The nature is too aggressive and article is correct. We should improve our defence more and quickly to face China threat.

We had weak economy till 80's. Things are changing. By 2030 our Illiteracy and Poverty will be in single digit. It takes time. We have reduced by 50% and more work need to be done.

In fact the highest suicide rates are from Lithuania and South Korea. China on the other hand, is more than halfway down the list at #66.
