83 tejss fighters mark 1a which is upgraded from Mark one to include new uttam aesa radar and new ew suites and more internal fuel capacity by 600kg some weight shedding too increase combat radius on full load from 350km to over 500km .

The order also includes six additional regiments of pinaka mbrl which can strike at 65km away thst is 100 units in total .

Third is 15 Indian light helicopter gun ships
To give India it's first true Indian designed advanced atttack chopper

Finally the fourth order of Russian improved T90 S main battle tanks
Again 464 tanks to be built in India

the biggest area where Tejas lacks is his endurance in the air which is only 1 hours compared to other light & medium aircraft 3 hours. Don't know how much of this issue will be tracked in mk1a versions.
also pilots have to carry bottled oxygen with them during flight.
