I even do not know India is such a beautiful place,until I see those pictures
I only have no more than 15000 dollors a year I hope I can afford this trip.

5000 Dollars should be more than sufficient if you plan your tour properly. I have opened one thread on Awesome Indian Hotels which I believe is the best in the world.

3.3 Lakh INR. I.e 330 thousand Indian rupees.

I never been to india coz a japanese said it will be expensive most costly in hotels.coz the india hotels are almost like 5 stars.
now I have plan to do this trip in the october thanks to those links and suggestions I will take my son and my wife.

You can visit Neelum Valley Kiran and see the houses across the boarder. The LOC at that place is the River Neelum.

I have been there, to Kohala as well as to Mirpur, but when most people refer to Kashmir, they mean the 'Dal' lake, Sri Nagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam etc.

Because of my Pakistani origin and despite having UK passport, I could go to Agra, Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai etc, but sadly not allowed to visit the Switzerland of East.
