She was saying that earlier in congress rule, they still used to offer some packages or benefits sort of help to muslims but since modi has come all those incentives have gone and things have become too hard. Those people perhaps do not even see a good future in india. So all modi eulogizing just happens here, in"Real"india things are going downhill.

May I ask why Muslims need special incentives? They can earn like normal Indians. I am yet to see Parsis or Sikhs asking for special handouts. Why are Muslims special? You own your own poverty and it is no ones job to alleviate it for you.

There are some economically backward areas , she had shared some details but i honestly did not pay lot of attention,and lot has skipped my memory. In nutshell, they said congress was still better , and mentioned that poverty has become v widespread and the poverty part is not with regards to faith, but in general. Whether muslim, hindu etc etc.
