Jeez is it worth it to reply to all the trolls? You'll wear yourself doing that here.

Huawei is a telecommunications firm and they are simply not going to get the security clearance to operate here. We wont have problems with Chinese trains here but communications is a no go area. We also refused to grant license to Dubai Ports World to operate the NY/NJ ports citing sensitive issues. There is history and precedent.

Dear friend,

Really have no idea as to where you conjured up this funny hypothesis. Let me now introduce China Telecom America to you, as well as its partners http://www.chinatelecomusa.com/content.asp?pl=601&contentid=652&id=1&indexid=0 Verizon Business, Sprint, ... find it out yourself.

CT America knows perfectly American network.

Dangerous? You bet you! Hope your pans are still clean by now...

I am basing it on history and precedent like lawyers do in a court.

Pity for your clients, if you are a lawyer.

BS...that was a face saver for China AFTER china agreed to appreciate its currency a little bit. The State department is very clear that the increase has been rather slow. Wow...now we all know how communists cram down their proletarian views on others.

Inept lawyer the BS, sorry, the RS, is China a currency manipulator by the State Department?

If anybody hires such an imbecile lawyer, he/she is going to lose each and every case.

@CardSharp: What you ask is quite interesting actually. TD-SCDMA and hence TD-LTE might turn out to be the trump card that Huawei and ZTE have. (btw, both compete tooth and nail against each other when required)

This gives some pointers, though from an Indian perspective: Forbes India - Casino Royale: The Story Of Qualcomm

Unfortunately, I don't know much about the current status of 3G in China.

Yes I'm a "communist".

You clearly have no idea how China works, or even how Hong Kong works.

And for the record, I own my own private property, and all the Chinese people I know do the same. How does that fit into the definition of Communism, i.e. the abolishment of private property, and the collective ownership of everything?

Buddy, one is western communism where all private properties are abolished, one is eastern communism where private properties are allowed. Even in early PRC history, farmers are allowed to have a piece of private land.

Clowns know nothing but bashing, often with counter-productive results... Feel bad for CIA or RAW, or whatever...

Thanks for the link, I am curious because I think whoever control the 3G market is going to weld a huge amount of power.

Well, don't know much about power, but there's a lot of money to be made :)

Sure...and you saw his birth certificate right, Internet warrior? Did this guy read my link to Bloomberg where Tim Geithner is tightening the screw on China? No, he did not but shows up with his vile mouth. We'll get there. We'll get you guys one way or the other. WSJ just released a report saying that our manufacturing has been the best since Jan 2004. We are getting back on our feet and we'll get you guys. We have a new set of young Republican congressmen who care for the country in there now. It is not going to be as easy as it was before for your con artistes and IP thieves. Now is the time to pull out of China - your overcapacity come crashing down like a ton of bricks.

By the way, I reported your post for foul language.

Typical low life Indian liar, you are the one who started all the mess by attacking a well respected senior member regarding his nationality, I'm sure the mod will smart enough to catch you making up a one side story. Go cry us all a ganges river see if we care loser.

Guys, just ignore him. He is just some sad racist who lacks the ability to make logical arguments. :azn:

And he thinks India is powerful enough to start its own United Nations.

Well from that comment I knew he was definitely Indian. No American would believe India has that kind power.

Communists never give up do they with their superior IQ sh*t and Chinese supremacy theories? Looks like we got to get Copernicus to tell these guys that the world does NOT revolve around China. The terrible tragedy is that Chinese on this forum simply do not understand English, satirical wit, contextual idioms, fair and balanced opinions, etiquettes of debate and so on. I am NOT responsible for your LACK of English and contextual understanding skills.
