I don't see what make it difficult for indians to understand this simple case.

The Foreign company cheated in business and have been caught in China. The Indians are from this cheating company. They should take responsibility about it and pay the money back.

Let me ask something.. Let's take an example, you are a Chinese working for a Yemeni firm doing business in India.. Keep in mind you are just an employee of the firm.. Now if the Yemeni guy runs away without paying any money to the traders leaving you to their mercy.. Will you consider yourself responsible for the theft that your employer had done probably without even giving a faintest of idea to you? Will you pay off the Indian traders from your pocket? Will it be ok if Indian traders thrash you down ?
