ڈسٹرکٹ اینڈ سیشن کورٹ اسلام آباد نے چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی عمران خان اور بشریٰ بی بی کے غیر شرعی نکاح کے خلاف کیس کا تحریری حکم نامہ جاری کر دیا۔

سینئر سول جج نصر من اللّٰہ نے گزشتہ روز کی سماعت کا تحریری حکم نامہ جاری کیا۔

تحریری حکم نامے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ مقدمے کی سماعت 28 اپریل تک ملتوی کی گئی تھی، تاہم درخواست گزار نے مقدمہ جلد سماعت کے لیے مقرر کرنے کی درخواست دی

Mufti Saeed, who solemnised nikah of PTI Chairman Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi, told a court on Wednesday that it was unlawful and against the tenets of Islam.

The mufti told the court that he solemnised nikah on January 1, 2018, on the assurance of the woman.

If true, why mufti didn’t checked divorce papers first before proceeding the nikkah ?
