Imran Khan stated he wants foreign policy of peaceful ties with All Countries including USA. However Pakistan can't commit into wars and bloc politics. An element highlighted clearly in speech

The speech talked about a threat in letter, and no specific country was mentioned. Only thing which was suggested was , forces of corruption, buying votes in order to topple a elected government and the members selling their votes are playing into hands of foreign entities. (Nawaz Sharif is a foreign Entity living in UK as a fugitive).

The emphasis was , local elements who are willing to sell their votes

Point made was Pakistan's prosperity was hindered when vote selling , was influenced by foreign financial backing
