PM house is not just ayashi ka aada but it has
built in security system to secure PM
secure lines for communication
secure conference rooms
a secure catering service for PM
sure their will be emergency services for PM
helipads for quick movement
lab for test food and serving items to PM

He should move to PM House, release the details of yearly, monthly and daily expenditure of PM House and sub-Houses of past 10 years and also monthly report of expenses during his tenure and let the people judge.

Security issue. Can't provide security daily visiting dignitaries . Office and staff all located in Islamabad.

Public have already paid the cost of building the PM House and all the necessary infrastructure, I don't think the area where it's located can be converted to public place of any kind that easily and alteration will cost more + expenses to secure 1 Kanal house on top of that it's not possible to provide all the facilities needed plus foolproof security if area is just 1 Kanal.

Monthly expenses can be reduced drastically if he don't live like kings and throw royal parties on public money like his predecessors without creating headache and security nightmare.
