True, but I believe it's stupid on the part of the news channel to air it while IK was speaking on the other channel. Political leaders deserve respect while they are on a foreign trip. Sadly media has reduced it to typical Saas Bahu drama.
Equally blame his ex wife too. Who knew and intentionally present herself for interview.
It was a recorded interview, not much she could have done with when it was to be aired.
