No sh*t, every army kills at least 1 innocent. If he's talking about full blown intentional attacks on civilians, in Bangladesh it did happen (although it was after Bangladesh did the same), and it continues to happen in Baluchistan (again, after Baluchis there started doing the same). In the tribal areas it has not happened to the best of my knowledge.

Oh and if you think what we are doing is cruel, go see what the Russians and Chinese do. Then you will see the definition of cruelty.

Because the Kashmiri's aren't using the same tactics as India. The Baluchi militants are, and the Bangladeshi militants did as well. Also, it helps that the media talks about Kashmir more.
