Imran Khan meets chief of army staff

Inshallah :-)

Nawaz Sharif might get disqualified but PTI will not win. Trust me. Imran Khan is not the man to be reconcile with given his rigid stances on TTP that contradicted the plans of Pakistan army for years.

There is the reason why General Raheel agreed to compromise with PMLN by keeping military takeover at bay and not allowing PTI to succeed either. It was used as pressure point to force PMLN into power-sharing agreement which suggests Pakistan army could see the point of reconciling with Nawaz Sharif instead of Imran Khan.

PTI is not gonna win the next election. Military takeover has higher chance of taking place than PTI winning the next election.

PML N and PPP are coming too closer for Army's comfort. The meeting was a message. The last sentence of the tweet is a 'threat'

Bilkul phoka analysis. IK fully and completely supported army after launch of zarb e azb. His province's police arrested 1200 militants...let me repeat that to you, 1200 militants who escaped into KP from FATA after ZeA. If IK was so pro TTP why did his govt go to such extra ordinary lengths to arrest those scumbags? Name me one other province's police that was so active. FYI, before PTI took over, KP was known as a TTP infested hell hole and now its law and order situation is being compared with Punjab if not being considered better than it.

If IK is so proTTP, then why did that happen? Why didnt he just let TTP use KPK's territory as safe haven?

Kuch Khuda ka khof kro tum log. Thori si aqal lara lya kro kabhi kabhar. Unbelievable levels of armchair analysis.

Most probably , border security,FATA reforms, NAB. Implement FATA reform and get rid of JUIf.

.
PTI fan boys getting excited for no reason they probably spoke about fata reforms and border issues

Because the military operation became official. Imran Khan had no choice but to follow the order. It was the military order running the nation. If it wasn't for military operation, Imran Khan would have continued his pro-TTP stances since the last COAS meeting that held in 2013/2014 pushed military aside brought by General Kiyani [not General Raheel] for the peace-proposal for TTP brought by Imran Khan which is on the official record.

From 2007 to 2013, Imran Khan had been pro-TTP stances despite TTP killing more than 50,000 innocent people openly; children and women included that didn't change Imran Khan's mind until the military operation became official after the consensus ruled in favor of military operation.

Pakistan army knows that Imran Khan is rigid and stubborn. You cannot reconcile with the man who is rigid and stubborn - refuses to acknowledge his own mistakes and instead take u-turn constantly to avoid taking responsibility for the mess.

During that time, people blamed on Nawaz Sharif for not listening to General Kiyani earlier when Nawaz Sharif went with Imran Khan's peace proposal of TTP at the time where consensus was in favor of Imran Khan's peace proposal due to Imran Khan. Later, platform has been assigned to General Raheel to head the military operation after the consensus ruled in favor of military operation.

Imran Khan is easily the most non-corrupt, non-controversial (in corruption and money laundry sense) leader in the country. His team has people like Asad Umar who are liked by everybody.

Offcourse some of his stances are annoying...but who's perfect? In Pakistan, we do not have institutional democracy--it's generally one-man game. So which one you want on top?

Nawaz Shareef Qatari walay sarkar?

Imran Khan (Financially clean and merit oriented)

(Do I even need to mention the third option, God forbid?)

It was about suadi led alliance that pakistan joined.

Didnt KPK police did the most against TTP. DIdnt nawaz and all other parties supported talks. Didnt sharif called taliban their brothers . the why blame imran?

Maybe he was told to shutup regarding general raheel sharif.
so new chief is the postman btw NS and imran . Nawaz have to favour Saudia as they pulled him out of troubles many time. but using army chief to do their dirty work is just pathetic. Pakistan should not side with anyone in middle east. who can suadi can make ISIS and then make a force to fight it

As far as i know... there is no financial corruption case on mullah fazullah as well...

That does not mean we shud make him our pm... other things matter...

Ik has been wrong not in some of his stances but most of his stances..

Most recently on peshawar metro... cost of which now has exceeded both lahore and islamabad metro... after barking at those 2 projects for around 4 years....

Interesting .to be honest PTI is the only good option in next election.
Not good ,,, however, certainly better than others ... reason of not counting them good:

  1. Lacks maturity
  2. Have vision but lacks delivery capability.
  3. Higher population of core leadership is not guilty of direct corruption but same cannot be said about mid-tear leadership.
  4. Statement and actions are different in some case.
Having raised above points, there is no second thought that PTI is better than all existing and this could be a start of mature politics and start of change in rules ...

LOL, are you kidding me?

Your analogy is the dumbest I've ever seen.

Ik has been wrong not in some of his stances but most of his stances..

Confirmational bias has no cure (Google it. I know your education doesn't permit you to know what confirmational bias is).

Most recently on peshawar metro... cost of which now has exceeded both lahore and islamabad metro... after barking at those 2 projects for around 4 years....

AFAIK, Peshawar is building a mass transit system, not a "metro"...

Again, google the differences :)

Also, I haven't looked into the matter but neither have you. You are just going by media and social media reports, eh?

How did PTI explained this? For example, pull up a clip of Asad Umar discussing the issue. Then we can talk.

Please kid, stop quoting me if you don't have anything better to say than a bitter highschooler in his teens.

But yeah, go ahead and make Mullah Fazalullah analogies to counter my argument regarding corruption
