There was no real kamaal of intelligence pin pointing where Wali was. He himself had volunteered to come forward to talk. Claiming his kill will be something like firing on the new Taliban office opened yesterday in Qatar by a drone and then saying look we're firing on the Taliban..
Lets not be unreasonable -if indeed, as you suggest, we could always pinpoint Wali ur Rahman, then why had Pakistani authorities not done so? Before you answer, consider the implications.
Similarly your suggestion that it's the same as bombing the Qatar office of the Talib, you seem to operating on the assumption that apples are oranges -- It is OBVIOUSLY not the same, because the Qatar office is not something Mr. Ur Rahman had anything to do with. Whether Nek Mohammad, Baitullah, Wali ur Rahman or any of these murderous traitors, the ability to decapitate the leadership of this insurrectionist cult, is one that the Pakistani state and nation must have -- it may not suit the political positions of some, but we are NOT mindless in our support of political positions, we offer support because we think for ourselves, we do not relinquish our ability to think for ourselves to any politician, these politicians must align with our thinking, not us with theirs, right?
