1) Don't sweat it. PTI kids have a lot to learn. Pakistan army was guilty back in that time, but now its redeeming itself. IK was and is well associated with Hameed Gul, who engineered the civil war in Afghanistan and supported the taliban.

Imran perplexed by parents' protests, says APS run by army not province

PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Wednesday expressed bewilderment at the protests outside the Army Public School upon his arrival at the school’s premises.

“I don’t understand what the point of the protests were … I am just a chief of a party and Pervaiz Khattak is the chief minister of the province, but the school is run by the army,” said Imran.

The PTI chief went on to add that he was caught off guard with protest since he only visited the school to stand with the parents and to increase the morale of the students.

“If I have come here to increase the morale of the parents then what kind of a protest can be there against us?” Imran questioned.

Further, Imran said if the parents’ anger is emanating from the lack of security at schools then he should not be held responsible. “There were over 65,000 schools in K-P and police could not possibly provide security to all of them,” he added.

Imran also clarified that he initially got off his car to pacify protesters. “But I saw some people who did not look like parents, they responded with political comments so I sat back in my car.”

Earlier, the PTI chief said horrific attack on the Army Public School in Peshawar was an attempt to scare children from going to school.

He defended the protests by the mourning parents of the APS victims, saying that he respects their sentiments, but at the same time, he was asked to visit the school today.

“I wanted to come earlier but was asked to postpone my visit,” the PTI chief said.

Imran said the purpose of today’s visit was to express solidarity with the bereaved families.

“I am thankful for such a great welcome, the morale of the students was high,” he said.

“Without education, the country cannot progress,” he added.

“It is essential for all political leaders to stand with the school. We will not let education be affected in our country at any cost, it is part of religion.”

“I am upset that there were parents outside [the school] who were protesting,” the PTI chief said.

“I am upset there was an image that people did not want us there,” the PTI chief added.

I've been to school. So I'm attached to it.

If i was a student or parent, I'd have kicked Imran out as well. Emotional this time. But after a month, I'd still not forgive him. He is a taliban apologist. His only defense is "but I name taliban by their names and condemn them."

The day taliban/TTP announce that Imran is a target means he is sincere against terrorism. Something like ANP, which has lost many workers and leaders but did not bow to terrorism like Imran (Let's give them office, they're brothers, so on)

Also it's funny how Imran khan die hard loyalist post videos and images on how Imran travels with 2 or 3 cars. This time (and many times before) he had 21 cars motorcade.

See, the point is, I know Nawaz and Shahbaz are both "begaharat" but Imran also is trying to become like them. Imran spoke of naya and different Pakistan. If he flies VIP, travels with 21 motorcade, lives in a rich house and so forth, he's equal if not more "begharat" than the Sharif brothers.

1) he visited the first day it happened . school were closed. When school opned . army didnt wanted any politian but army chief on first day . so visit delayed. 2 days after opening school he went there .imran khan give his plan much before school openeing and also informed about that administration asked him to delay . point to note it happen before any single person critize so u cant say he made this up after criticism

Now as most of PMLN supporters are stupid so let me educate u. Taliban was created in 1996 during nawaz sharif tenure. Pakistan was amongst three countries who accepted their government, then taliban offices were created during his tym. benazir accused that nawaz sharif took money from osmana and with help of army they dislogged her government. then musharraf came in 2006 TTP was created in musrraf time. Then the TT was handed over swat during ANP and PPP time. how is Imran khan responisble for TTP ?

In APCs PTI supports army action and militry courts. They are not going to parliment for 120 days. U could accuse them if they were attenting for 4 months and suddenly like JI they disappeared. If they went to parliament it would have made their position weaker on judiuial commison. If PM or u wanted them there u would have accept their demand of fair commison

Imran cry about Dandli.?
