Of course I can agree with that. All functioning legal frameworks are designed to evolve in response to changing requirements. It is just that following due process while contemplating such changes is a mandatory requirement for the results to have credibility.

Scotland independence might be rigged as you and many others "suspect" but here it's very clear that election were rigged massively. It's clear fraud as alleged by all parties including PML(N). What's wrong in doing election audit and punish all those who are responsible especially those who were appointed to ensure free and fair elections.

Oh wait, they won't and can't. First, they don't wanna let go the govt (hence not resign). Second, biometric system isn't ready for province, so even if Nawaz calls in election (then election happens within 90 days), how will ECP conduct election with biometric system? It will be dhandli all over again.

Imran is just fooling the nation and people are falling for him. Even if Imran gets 100 free total seats in NA (his claim is only 40 or so seats, focus on 4 however), he can still not form a gov't. PPP, PML, JUI will form a govt (maybe MQM too, they always like slice of pizza). Plus, the senate is filled with PPP/PML/JUI, so PTI even somehow wins the election or gets free majority, the senate reserves the rule to cancel the bill.

So again I'll say, Imran is fooling the nation just so he can be PM. He will remain powerless even as PM, since he likes to pick fight with everyone. Nawaz is powerless in senate and hence need to compromise with PPP (corruption charges, swiss case) and give ministries to JUI in order for bills to pass.
