On second thoughts ,should make it for everyone ,eventhough i"ll get missed out,at-least i"ll have quality posts to read as a "guest"

Voting is not the way to gauge merit, those guys will get most votes who speak what most people like to hear.

Well, don't think too much, as Mods & TTs are selected based on their experience, performance after getting recommended from the already on top ones.

So far, the system has been working perfectly.
