• No mandatory imam needed to get married, all you need is 2 sane witnesses and 1 registrar/Nikah khwan.
• No mandatory imam needed to have a divorce

• No mandatory imam needed to bless the newborn, you can do it yourself even on skype [Azaan]
• No mandatory imam needed to give charity, start or break fasts, prayers and so on.
• You can pray behind any imam or no imam at all, in any Mosque that comes handy

That will only go so far.. It will help legitimize Nawaz's stand but will not deter the Taliban who consider Imam Kaaba to be a zionst agent.

Regulate they did. Perhaps a bit too much and on the wrong angle. But nonetheless, they were much more effective at neutering their homegrown terror threats than we were/are(/will be??) ..

Then , I believe , my friend that it was more than enough . Even if Pakistan could reproduce 25% of that here , the country would have been a much better place to live in . As for " will be " , it is fast heading to the point of no return with all the indecisiveness and confusion combined . Administer the " Epinephrine " fast or watch as the ECG flatlines .
