Greetings.
We have seen a increase in the trolling on the forum, and also disrespect full members who have been here on the forum for a long time and some are fresh. The once-formal forum has lost its charm and is kinda a one liner now a days.
Also, moderators and administrators arent seen on the forum, neither posting nor moderating, and I had this convo with them.
I suggest, adding the trolls to the ignore list, and it feels great.
Also another suggestion, increase the numbers of moderators (Have a vote or something) and/or set minimum moderating limit per week, if not fulfiled with out any given pre-warning like a leave, and done multiple times, must be stripped from their authority.
I dont know why, this forum has lost its charm and can be seen battles, biased and one sided. An Bharti member herslef told me that 'We hunt together' which can be seen.
A member starts the biased battle thread, and other are patrolling it, to avoid any formal talks and/or fight and tease, eg: A topic about possible destruction of temple in Pakistan.
