Assuming RAW was hypothetically involved, they would not do something like this is the US or even the UK or Australia - firstly because the Khalistani issue is not such a big deal there, secondly because they are more sensitive to India's concerns and most importantly because they are strategically more important to India than Canada is and pissing them off would have more adverse consequences for India than annoying India. Canada does not have much leverage and Trudeau knows it. He was forced to make the announcement only because the Canadian press was going to break the story and is desperately trying to de-escalate. If the same thing had happened in the US, Biden would not be repeatedly saying that he is " not trying to provoke or escalate ".

Do you really believe that Trudeau would stand in front of the world without any credible proof? You have to be crazy to believe that. Canada isn't some third world country. It is a country with resources and capabilities. Canada has nothing to gain by naming and shaming India. In fact, it stands to lose more. There is not a shred of doubt that Modi's government is involved in the killing of various Khalistani freedom fighters. The United States and her allies absolutely know this. They are turning a blind eye to appease India. Nothing more nothing less.
