for 100,000 (my limit) the options are of such poor quality, RE Agents are asking me to raise my limit by 20k... I was like khana peena nahi hai new house main?

People are like economy is rising - I can only see rents rising as salaries are stagnant (at least for me). Crashed economy was better, at least stuff was affordable.

Why did you not go house hunting about a year back? You would have landed really good deals then!

Home is where you Parents, your wife and Children's are living... So any house that suits this description is fine for me

If you are to talk about the design then I guess number 5 in the following link is one of my favourite house of all time

I personally like houses with large windows opening towards outside --- Comfortable enough rooms but not too large in size like the full apartment in one room... big enough toilets and separate place for toilet and the shower room... not in one place
