But again we can try him in the same military court... which means ICJ has recognized the military courts in Pakistan..

ICJ has no say in Pakistan militarily court judgment as he was a spy. Indian request clearly rejected for banning the verdict. Judge just clearly said that.

The ruling is pretty much expected. Yadav may not be hanged for now but will remain or perhaps die in Pakistani jail in time to come.

Military courts ruling has been stayed and fresh trial to happen. This should have been done by Pakistan itself. Should have granted Consular access as well. But Pakistan wanted victory. ICJ just handed one.
