ICJ rejects India’s plea for acquittal, repatriation of Kulbhushan - Updates, News & Discussion

And after that? You will go to ICJ again?

Has ICJ said that Jadhav should be tried in a third country? Even that would have been a victory by any standard, but come one man..

It's like a lollipop to India..

1 - We give India consular access
2 - Pakistan to Suspend the hanging till consular access
3 - Uss ke baad danda daal sakta hai Pakistan.. kaanton wala.. jahan se chahay, jis tarha chahay

You cannot predict what will happen after that. India wanted consular access and as a long shot his acquittal. We got consular access. We'll work from there.

Could've done that before and avoided paying lawyers huge amounts. :D At the time of austerity. Looks like the verdict went your way.

Our lawyer Mr. Salve is paid 1 rupee for his service.

Clearly 1 INR goes a long way compared to millions of PKR lol

Inshort

ICJ bluntly rejected release of terrorist Kulbushan and declare Null&Void the mil cort decision lol

Now summary id this case is very sinple

1. Icj requested Pakistani Govt to give counsellar access (which is non-binding, Pakistab easily ignore this)

2. Now Pakistan has full control over the entire Kulbushan case.

3. Indian cricket team is coming back from England but Kulbushan Yadav stay in Pakistan forever

Hahahaha
Before you agreed to go their you could have killed him.
Here ICJ clearly said your judicial process should be in line with international standards ,by clearly throwing away your military judgment they rejected your military court.
Next trial will be civilian with indian consular access till it gets over complete stay on his execution.
I hope the lawyer you hire next have better compensation skills.

ICJ never threw any military verdict

It only suspended it and that too till counselor access and retrial both of which would be done as per Pakistan's own will and arrangement

ISLAMABAD: The International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Wednesday rejected New Delhi’s plea to acquit and release self-confessed Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav.

Pakistan’s legal team headed by Attorney General for Pakistan Anwar Mansoor Khan was present in the courtroom where the verdict was announced on Wednesday.

Jadhav, a serving commander in the Indian Navy working for India’s Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), was arrested on March 3, 2016, from Balochistan.

Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on April 10, 2017, endorsed his death penalty.

In June 2017, the Indian spy filed a mercy petition against his death penalty while India approached the ICJ against the conviction. The ICJ stayed his execution.

Watch: Kulbushan Jadhav’s confession

India argued that Commander Jadhav was an innocent businessman who was kidnapped from Iran, brought to Pakistan and tortured to confess that he was a commander in the Indian Navy and working for RAW, India’s primary intelligence agency.

Pakistan had rejected all Indian allegations. It said the evidence obtained from Jadhav after his arrest and during the criminal process leading to his conviction was amply demonstrating his activities in fomenting terrorism and engaging in espionage within Pakistan.

Alright, correct your post for proper quoting... and

Read again the words "From such Platforms" and now its up-to you t.o read more, dig about the same and understand as what does it mean by "Running Away". Make sure you are not reading to understand the same in isolated manners rather, its said to refer to something related in this regard with India.

For your ease however, it's like disobeying, denying, escaping, deliberately ignoring, avoiding to face, created excuses to turn around and not to look at it, trying to run away from reality and many more circumstances can be defined as such.

Thank you for correcting the quote

You need to be more specific. I cannot comment on something as vague as some platform.
