Your consular will meet him, you guys will send your lawyers to pursue the case in our military court, he will get the death penalty again.. and then you guys will go to Pakistan's High Court only to hear the verdict upheld.. and then to Supreme court, only to hear again the verdict upheld.. and then your PM will write to our president to pardon Jadhav, that will be denied...

Then we will keep him for a few years before we hand him, or before he dies a natural death suddenly..

I have a piece of advise for you... as you are new here, try not to troll for nothing and merely rushing to post something to provoke or divert. At least try to understand the responsibility of anyone including media that can't just falsify a judgment quote.

The ICJ rejected some of the remedies sought by India. This included annulment of the Pakistan military court decision convicting Jadhav.


India had also sought for his release and a safe passage to India. This too was not considered by the ICJ.

It has also rejected the Indian plea to release Kulbashan.

Earlier, the International court rejected 3 Pakistani objections on the maintainability of Indian's request to International court.
