Pakistani contingent was so stupid to not have seen this Indian judge and not request ICJ to exclude him from the bench. This indicates ill-intentions on part of Pakistani lawyers and raises suspicions if they deliberately allowed it to slip. You need To check first....Pakistan has legalized military court trials of terror suspects, India didn't. World knows how military court works....In Jadhav case there is no chargesheet, no Information on what grounds he sentenced to death....Thats why i have asked why not civil court?...

Haha.. either you deal bilateral matters without intervention or you accept intervention. There is one side which you can take.

India has already gone to ICJ, where 2008 agreement existed. Now when you'll point at Shimla agreement then we will still take you to a mediator because you've initiated it earlier.

Lol. U want to take Consular access violation by Pakistan, a signatory to Vienna Convention to the Kashmir issue? ICJ will rule whether Yadav episode is a bilateral consular relation or a violation to Vienna Convention. If its a violation, then we will proceed the matter with Pakistani courts.

Wrong to go to ICJ. If army was party to this then it is double silly. Gen Qamar reportedly said, Army arrainged the attorney at ICJ. Quiet damning. Army could have consulted some international law attorneys before becoming party to go to ICJ.
Think he should be hanged within weeks. It is matter of national security.

can some one answer me if kulbhushan was indeed involved in instigating terror attack in pak soil then why would India shoot its on foot by internationalizing the whole issue ...?its just PAK Intel trying to make sucker out of its populace for its failure to protect them against terror attacks , after Peshawar school attack questions were raised about efficiency of ISI/PA deep state , they needed a Boogieman ....

Jhadav is granted 100 days to go into appeal by our law which expire in August.
ICJ mentioned the urgency as the clock is ticking.

"The Court further observes that Pakistan has indicated that any execution of Mr. Jadhav would probably not take place before the month of August 2017. This means that there is a risk that an execution could take place at any moment thereafter, before the Court has given its final decision in the case.

"The Court also notes that Pakistan has given no assurance that Mr. Jadhav will not be executed before the Court has rendered its final decision.

"In those circumstances, the Court is satisfied that there is urgency in the present case.
