Do you sleep, dream and wake up thinking & hating Pakistan grow up. If you want to talk about talk in general why bring in Pakistan this and that what's wrong with you people man talk about the life of the pilot who got saved .

The Jaguar was acquired for ground attack against Pakistan. One of the posters said it was an old aircraft. I mentioned it was still suitable for the role. Again no disrespect meant. I hope it never gets used in war

have a nice day

It has the feature of twin engine safety but still IAF has lost some 50 Jaguar aircraft in it's inventory without ever firing in anger.
The IAF received 197 aircraft. They have 145 in inventory. That would lead to loss of 52 aircraft. This is over 37 year timeframe.

.
They played a role in the Kargil war, dropping both unguided and laser-guided bombs

So how does it proves that the ridiculous message is written on a bomb belonging to the Jaguar aircraft.
The fact is although initially the Jaguar was used for bombing mission but they didn't prove successful so the IAF had to bring in the Mirage-2000
Off course do you think He don't Know it But its Matter of Pride
Pride off course for you is on a different level to what i would claim. An aircraft carrying out missions within own territory and failed even when there's no air opposition must be a good reason for Indians to do some chest thumping.

Operational Use of Jaguars

Jaguars saw some minor action with the Indian Peace Keeping Force (1987-1990), which had been sent to Sri Lanka to help resolve the issue of Tamil separatists. Aircraft flew out from the southern part of India, carried out reconnaissance and returned to base. They never had to fire any weapons. During the 1999 Kargil operations, Jaguars were used to drop conventional weapons to dislodge so called insurgents and Pak military groups. The aircraft also dropped one Laser-Guided-Bomb (LGB), which was not very successful. Thereafter Mirage 2000 aircraft handled this task. Later, Jaguars were on constant standby when India massed its forces on the Pak border in a show of strength and displeasure at militant activity encouraged by Pakistan. The aircraft must have been employed for reconnaissance but within Indian borders.

Problem With you is you Cooked Half bake Stories

On 30 May, the Indian Air Force called into operation the Mirage 2000 which was deemed the best aircraft capable of optimum performance under the conditions of high-altitude seen in the zone of conflict.

Because this First time india With the Israelis providing around 100 Laser-guided bomb kits to the Indian Military, the air force chose to make maximum use of this and retaliated with regular sorties on Pakistani occupied bunkers.

The aircraft operated at 10,000 meters AGL (33,000 feet above sea level), well out of MANPADs range, leading to a drop in the accuracy rate of the bombs. The low number of airstrips for take off and landing of the flights also constrained the efficiency of the attacks. Despite this, there were hundreds of sorties on the intruders with no further material or personnel casualties enabling a gradual takeover of the mountain posts by Indian troops. According to IAF the "air strikes against the Pakistani infiltrators, supply camps and other targets yielded rich dividends."

As for Specat Jaguar Operational history
As France was not then a full member of NATO, joint operations with British Jaguars were limited in the 1980s. Jaguars from France were dispatched to participate in several coalition campaigns in the 1990s, from the 1991 Gulf War to the 1999 Kosovo conflict. In Operation Deliberate Force, the NATO bombing campaign over Bosnia in 1995, six Jaguars, based in Italy, conducted 63 strike missions.

Currently Jaguars With Litening G3/G4 And Elta 2032 MMR are Far Ahead from those days
That time your F-16 Don't have BVR's in their Inventory

Jaguar Is Still best aircraft in Using "Nap of Earth" Tactics In Deep strike And SEAD/DEAD Roles

I don't need history lessons fan boy and rather than kissing Jaguars exhausts , focus on the topic....and no I don't visit that BR zoo, in fact you could do better by going to the original source rather than keep resorting to the set up of blind leading blind.
And since you have turned all giddy and dragged in NATO and all else to salvage your self, do you even know how the RAF rated Jaguar which you describe as the best aircraft in it's class....the butt of joke was that it's mere curvature of the earth that keeps Jaguars airborne.....in any case IAF losing over three squadrons of Jaguars during their service must be a depressing figure and since you dragged in PAF F-16s, just compare their combat and safety record which after all entered service just a few years after the Jaguars and unlike the Indian aircraft, F-16 are single engine machines. !!!
