IAF wants 50 more Sukhois to counter China, Pakistan

More than half of Pakistan's F-16 are of much older version that can easily be compared to the upgraded Bison's and we have enough MKI,s Mig 29's and Mirages for China and their number is only increasing. Other than Pakistan's new F-16 and JF-17, India has really nothing to worry about. In previous drills against the USA, Bison's performance was lauded even by US pilots.

We r nt taking refugee its u guys who live in future.
By the time ur lca comes we will be having blk-2 or maybe 3 far more advanced.

Because we only build more heavy and medium aircraft for the PLAAF. Light will all be phased out.

theres a line which outliens their demand as "as much as we can get". Its even more pointworthy specially looking at the context when its asking for older aircraft


accept reality frnd..pak only buys ur aircfat hw bcoz its CHEAP.
They cannot afford American HW at the numbers they want.
ANd since Russia wont sell them aircrafts, well they dont have too many choices.

Even our jags, bisons and harriers are newer and more advanced than your mirages and f-7s. So if those parts of our AF our obsolete, ober 80% of your AF is obsolete

Or is teh aircraft not gud enuff for PLAAF so that ist sill under consideration...WHy I speculate coz that "doctrine" is certainly a deviation from policies of most nations which plan to have a single jet engine aircraft as the work horse while keeping its heavier ac s as frontline jets,

What the f16 is/was for USA will be superseeded by the f35.WHats PLAAFs take on this?
