If it escalates it will be a blessing in disguise.. sophisticated weapons will necessitate the realization of foreign hand and that will lead to the armed forces stepping in.. win both ways..

Why cant CRPF get their own transport heli.

Due to the simple reason of budget...its not as easy as going to the showroom and buying the best car..Its about maintanence,training etc...Its not cheap.

by the way why night operations? whats the risk to IAF in day time opeations? ISI has not yet provided manpads to Nexals

The difference is that the IAF is not using frontline combat jets and dropping 1000 pound munitions on the heads of heir citizens. All the IAF is doing is offering logistical support to the CAPFs undertaking ops.

IAF already operate helis for anti-naxal, & also from where these Maoists come here.

There is no medicine to cure silliness

IAF is not going offensive or bombing like PAF.

IAF is just doing transportation job, just transporting para-military (Read agin its para military not the Army) to the jungles because they don't have roads in the deep forests where naxals are hiding.
