-India has had the western airspace (near Pakistani border) closed since the conflict. Same for Pakistan.
-The NOTAM for Sonmiani is for PAF A2G/A2A or PA AD exercises, not for ballistic missiles
-There is little evidence of Shaheen-III being delivered to ASFC. No exercise launches have been held so far as they are usually.

On closer examination Probably is mig 21. Frontal section has collapsed due missile strike which was to rear side.

Though the picture was taken at a precise moment. Gives illusion of mki
