This is utter nonsense. You'll be lucky if IOC is attained by 2020 and it enters service by 2023. If it is declared to enter any sooner it will just confirm the PLAAF are more interested in a propaganda tool than a mature product. No doubt you can be more efficient as the J-20 no doubt incorporates others' designs and such but there is still no way your engineers are able to produce a true 5 th gen VLO fighter in under a decade- NO WAY.
