^^^^^^If the crash was due to technical glitches then will it have an adverse impact on the ongoing heavy lift transport helicopter trials?Thank god that the passengers survived!

These copters carries rations and transport personnal regularly or even on daily basis. To read it along with ongoing trials doesnt seems right.
The focus is on the technical staff, the copter is a proved one.

i dont think its was free fall,so it might be posible that the airframe remain intact.hope everything good .

Why?both are the same but the one on offer is its newer DERIVATIVE but it is still manufactured by MI and the after sales service is still poor! This chopper was designed to carry heavy nuclear bombs from civilised Russia to remote Siberia! It is used by us to carry rations and passengers!A fleet of Royal Enfields can perform this more efficiently!(kidding)

With helicopters, as long as the rotors aren't damaged, it can glide to relative safety. One of the criticism of the V-22 was that it couldn't do that.

Depends on if the crash has something to do with the lack of spares from Russia.

I guess you meant that it don't have auto rotation like helicopters, because the V22 can glide like an normal aircraft with rotors turned to the front, even when they don't work.
