Yes, We will get low level radar by 2016. It's not so important. Just an addition with very little advantage.

Which part of it was a result of american propoganda and brainwaswhing? I said the mumbai attackers were pakistanis, that osama chose pakistan as the safest place to hide, and that you have terrorists running rampant in your country attacking security forces, shias, visiting cricket teams, and whoever elese they want. Are you saying any one of these is not true? If not, what exactly is the american propoganda here?
And by the way imagine what the rest of the world thinks of you, if you admit that your closest ally whom you are completely dependant on has to waste time creating propoganda about you.
