IAF bombshell: Difficult to tackle China-Pak threat

There is no way India or any other country can come up on top in a two front war, it is probably never going to happen....
Right! A two front war is in the realms of fiction. It's never ever going to happen! Why, even a single front war is passe. Times have changed. However, local skirmishers in restricted areas cannot be ruled out.

This so called ringing of alarm bells by the IAF is to put the fear of God into the bureaucrats and the politicians to get their asses moving to speed up procurement of long delayed weapon platforms. So they come up with 'alarming scenarios' at regular intervals!!

Nothing to see here really. Watch out for a similar 'alarming' report in a couple of months time from now!!

Good way to make them sign Rafale asap. LOLs

Where were you when your economy was going good in 2007-2008? Kashmir rahega Hindustan!!
Which idiot told you it was good still we because of that got lot of new F-16 and Awacs and Air Fullers and Missiles and many more things

Keep on underestimating everything about us, while your growth rate collapses to 4% and you run out of money for even the first payment on the Rafale.

Whats there to underestimate? I said whats true....typical Chinese...goes all around rather than talking about the subject.

AND, its a good thing that the MOD has actually spent its alloted budget for the first time...it means that things are moving forward.

As to your crap about alloting for rafale - alloting funds for something thats not signed and the amount will go back into the national kitty if not used...doesnt make sense right?

lol, are you the best that the 1.4 billion slave bot army of the CCP has to offer to PDF..if true then thats pathetic.

Wow, you lost the argument so quickly again.

At the end of the day, I don't see how you as an Indian can make fun of Chinese planes, when you can't even make a shitty light fighter after what, several decades?

Our troops can go straight into Indian territory whenever we like, and the Indian soldiers can't do anything to stop them:

Look at the video. See for yourself, the PLA enters Indian territory, India can't do a damn thing to stop it.

At least we made our own planes, and they are currently the backbone of our airforce.

India can't even make a shitty light fighter despite trying for decades. And now India can't even afford the down-payment on the first batch of Rafale.

Lol, You need to see the video yourself, and thank you for acknowledging it as Indian territory.

Of course, those tin cans are your backbone - what other option do yoou have - Russian jets? no one else sells anything else - and do you know why is that?

India cant afford? go and tell that to the eurofighter consortium and the russians and Boeing.

All talk and no action.

Indian troops suspend patrols at Chumar - The Times of India

NEW DELHI: Apart from dismantling a SET of strategically-located bunkers at Chumar as part of an arrangement to end the standoff at Depsang Bulge in eastern Ladakh, the Indian troops seem to have suspended patrols to the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Chumar, at least for now. Senior officials briefed by personnel on the ground said the Army has discontinued the round-the-clock patrolling it was undertaking in the area for the last few months.

Our soldiers were deep inside Indian territory for 3 whole weeks, and India couldn't do anything at all. In the end, India gave in to all our demands, demolishing all the bunkers and stopping all troop patrols at Chumar.

Now look at that video I posted. You can't do shit, all you can do is talk. If you really believe our jets are just "tin cans", why are you afraid to evict our soldiers from camping in your territory whenever they like?

If you really believe our airforce is so weak, then by all means, repeat the Forward Policy. But as we can clearly see, you lack the guts to even arrest/evict our soldiers. When you eventually get the guts to protect your own sovereignty, we'll see how things really turn out.

As for finances, it was your own Defence Minister who said that India has "no money left" for even the first down-payment on the Rafale. :D

Forgeting amca,m2k and mig 29 :)

Pressure tactic to get the Raffale deal.

Foolish IAF, resorting to blackmail.

Exactly.

LCA Mk2 needs to be deployed in larger numbers, and continuous development needs to be in place for Mk3 and Lead in fighter trainer versions.

SU30MKI, LCA MK2, LCA MK2Naval, and Rafale also needs to increase.

There will be 14 squadrons of LCA serving IAF, each having 21 fighters.

Plus IAF is going to order Super MKI.

I envisage even larger deployment of LCA.
LCA mk2 and later versions need to replace all....

> Mig 21 variants, set up as a lead in fighter trainer for all MKI and Rafale pilots,

>Augment rafale to offset all Mig27 duties for CAS roles

>Naval deployment needs to increase to atleast 6 sqdns, all for maritime defense roles.

>MKI needs to look for Irbis Aesa and move to K77M Aesa variant upgrade sharing radar and Bvraam commonality with PMF FGFA for all MKI units

> rafale I am not worried about, 200 units will come for sure
