1.Plenty of people are gandoos. But this one is special. He is Gandhi, India's Father of the Nation. In Indian society, as in all SA societies, a gandoo is held in the lowest contempt.

2. Backtracking to the 19430s and 40s, this would have been a huge discovery, something god-send, for the British Political Deptt / Intel. With this knowledge secured in their hands they could now handle Gandhi, and through him the Hindu Congress leadership, as they wished. Similar reports of sex orgies of Nehru have also been reported - and covered in this Forum.

3. In contrast, Jinnah and Netaji were two men with impeccable personal character. The Brits could never control these two who went ahead on their missions.

That's why Mountbatten said, if he knew the deteriorating health condition of Jinnah, he would have delayed the partition of Indian subcontinent. As they had no other means to control or stop Jinnah!
