India should pass a Law that makes it illegal to kill a cow or any bovine milch animal in ANY part of India.

I can assure you that this will take care of lynching once and for all.

I do not think so...Opposition is too weak to challenge...If not, 340, NDA will get some majority and get into power...But i am expecting BJP will change the course of this nuance part of goverance in next term....I can understand the usage of polarisation to come to power..But once in power for 5 year, people will expect to see something happening on ground rather than how much beef some one ate in his dinner...

I prefer our people elect a strong Gov of either Congress of BJP with clear majority...Regional parties are simply pimps...They do not have vision or loyality to lead a complex country like India...
