yeah i realize that too n im ashamed. then not me but every one saw the guy was not producing extra ordinary, and as basic as holding the line or aiming for one specific area was troublesome to him, but today yeah im too embarrassed that i even rated him lower and even cursed afridi when he got his first ball delivery... but it was shocker from then onwards

i actually over rated gul in the same fashion

i saw some riaz's swing before and i was so impressed, but lost hope on his recent performance like razzaq...

i wish a very bright future for him and he remains consistant from now onwards... inshallah, he just made the defeat so much less painful

he was just the sole handler of our pace attack...., the uy took some serious wickets man in a classic fashion

Glad to hear that you support him now..the only reason i preferd him over Shoib Akhtar is because he is a young fit man and we need youngster who has the ability to play for Pakistan for long period and we should give them chance to prove themselves on fields..obviously they will never perform in every single match but their experience will help them to develop and polish their bowling skills ..

brother cant say what was and what wasnt involved, if it was indeed true then indeed shameful, the reality still baffles me to the depth, why younus and gul failed like that....

the 6 catch drops were shocking and baffling...

the big guys know who know genuine talented bowlers like what aamir and asif were, so i hope afridi and yunus decide the future of the best talented players available and keep their positions stable and not just drag a donkey, who performs in one lucky match and is being draged for the rest of his life(kamran akmal)

what i think is if wahab riaz, asad shafiq, sarfaraz ahmed, umer akmal, hammad azam are genuine talented cricketers and can remain consistent, then make them stable, and not just remove them after one bad game and start draging on the donkey again

I want to congratulate Wahab Riaz , for carrying the load on his shoulders, and also applause for our Hero Shoaib to bow down from International Cricket we will miss you.

As for Wahab , he played brilliantly 10/10

I just think that people who wanted Kamran Akmal to play should be ashamed of themselves now ... he is out again for only 13 runs.

Perhaps if we had another player who could at least score 50 runs in opening partnership we would be ok

What was the logic to play Razzaq , if he was not given the ball and he batted miserably ?

Perhaps we should have added a specialist batsment ??

to be honest.. wahab riaz deserved to be the man of the match today!! his was the stand out performance among the 22 who was out there on the field!! well done to him!!

I was almost sure he will be Man of the Match for his outstanding performance. I like this guy. Perfect bowling in all terms and good attitude/Body language. If he wasnt there match would move to be one sided for India with loads of score and which is not entertaining to watch one sided match without fight. Best of Luck to him for his bright future career.

We should welcome our team like winners as they are our heros and brought respect for us by becoming a semifinalist in the world cup. At least we were in the race and joined Sri Lanka and India to bring the World cup to Asia. Our team was under pressure due to some idiot remarks made from our politicians and to invite our prime minister to India was their game plane to turn the pressure on to the Pakistani team. Pakistan cricket team members are our heros lets give them respect.
