Hundreds of Chinese and Bangladeshi labourers in deadly clashes at Beijing-backed power plant near D

The problem is Chinese work culture or East Asian work culture cannot be applied to South Asia. Their work culture is like working 9 to 5 for 7 days with no interference such as religion and family matters that can affect their work schedule. South Asia is very religious and family oriented, so this difference can lead to a big clash.

True , even Jack Ma had said the same and was criticised heavily , does anyone what are the labour laws in China?are they allowed to form labour unions?i dont think so , can they protest ?heck no ,their success is indeed a miracle but its materialistic and South Asian societies tend to be more spiritualistic

Looks like the monkeys on the sideline including our Hindu falseflaggers already assembled for another round of jerking each other off to any small narrative of of division between Chinese and Muslims/Arabs and immediately try to blame whichever side they hate more without any clue what happend while preaching about respect and education and hiss at Chinas "explotative" creation of 4000 jobs for locals mostly on Chinas tab.
Mind your language! You are just proving to them that Chinese are not capable of behaving!

Moderators are weak in controlling racist bigots chinese worms like you.
Maybe you need to report and voice out more! Or do you not know the forum rules? We do not announce warnings we give out!

Chinese should train low and mid-tier management with locals quickly in all overseas operations.

It is not a wise move to manage labourers by low/mid tier Chinese managers continuously. It's actually bad management style.

Smarter to have a Chinese CEO, and a few Chinese directors for critical operations areas only and all locals under.

Lol, this isnt propaganda, this is first hand experience genius. Your opinion, seeing as you are sitting thousands of kilometers away, and have no knowledge about what is happening on the ground, doesnt matter.

Care to type your "first hand experience" here? Now don't start with "it did not happened with me but my abc".

lol. Just calling the spade a spade and cutting right trough the degrading bulls*t, just like this loaded language you just mindlessly used. Sorry, not sorry I'm capable to see through these textbook farces and behave accordingly, instead of wasting my breath argueing within some construed framework that is completely biased against me and unnecessesarily trapping myself.

But I guess we have to "behave" like unequal sheep once again and just endure another shower of fake crocodile tears, baseless and twisted accussations and hypocrite fingerpointing, while begging for forgiveness and consideration from a mob agitated by snakes and hyenas. Because somehow that has something to do with being and reflecting on Chinese. I guess another stereotype could be shattered.

Oh no. Bohoo he said "snakes" and "hyenas", these people who are just sweeping over Chinese like you just did and every other day insult Chinese as emotionless ever deceiving souless insects and locust, must really have their fee fees hurt now by some generic figure of speech. Better call the mods now. Oh wait.

Not surprised , i heard similar stories from people working in chinese companies operating in India.
Arrogant , unfriendly , high-handed and absolute no respect to work life balance was the feedback. They are also suspicious of the local workforce and prefer to keep their people in the management and their managers wouldn't even speak basic english creating more misunderstanding. Maybe they want locals to learn chinese lol

Like Europeans and western people they are not capable of operating a multi-cultural ecosystem , behaving like a typical expansionist commie regime.

You can mix and take what fits best to you. Taking loans from China banks are ok but never mix loans with the obligations you must take chinese contractors, chinese workers, chinese materials, at the end you pay double.

Ok World Bank is controlled by Washington. But the people are more honest.

Vietnam takes all recent loans for infrastructure and urban development from the World Bank.

Yes that is definitely a good route if conditions are agreeable. I think in this case for Vietnam you mentioned, perhaps the World Bank sees promise in how the funding is used or for combination of political reasons. Either way most countries will take those loans if they are given. Problem is for many countries that these loans are not even available for them. Here is where China sees some opportunity. There naturally becomes the people expressing doubt at how successful those loans will be if others are unwilling to lend. So for that Vietnam case, it is clearly a promising project and worthy of loaning.

World bank’s goal is not making profits. You must meet the bank obligations such as transparency then voila you get the low to zero interests rate credit.

Even China takes loans from World Bank, I don’t believe poorer countries are denied to the loans. That’s not logical.

In order to train low and mid-tier management, you have to have some kind of consciousness and awareness coming from the top. This doesn't exist in China because they don't know how to deal with other cultures since China is very homogeneous. Americans are groomed in a culture of political correctness and that culture was developed after many centuries of racial discrimination and hostility. China doesn't have that culture and the system is top down, where the government just basically lectures the people, so you don't get that type of awareness.

Anyways, the Chinese government has to realize this is a very serious problem and if they don't pay attention to it, it will ruin China's image in the countries they are trying to build bridges with. Many of the Chinese members on this forum are a perfect illustration of China's shortcomings in its relationships with foreign countries, many of the members here are brainless nationalists, socially retarded and emotionally tone deaf and whenever confronted with a different opinion are complete failures in trying to convince the audience otherwise because they are unable to form an emotional connection with other cultures, attack relentlessly in defense of China or they simply deflect by criticizing countries they think are below or less developed than China, like India for example. In the end, their behavior just turns off everybody and convinces no one that they are in the right.

Where communication/language is an issue for Chinese managers, they should hire a local assistant managers who they can communicate effectively with instead of interacting directly with those they can't.

A few more incidents like this will lead to that happening, provided the Chinese are willing to change their management approach. Otherwise people will get injured and killed.

It is poor management, nothing more nothing less.

I agree. They need to get local management and aside from some specialized Chinese technicians, they should stick to using local labor.

1) you are typing so wasting breath is a useless way to put it let alone type it!
2) yet you are arguing!

and thank you for showing your immaturity ...I didnt bother reading the post at all! But mind it that such attitude isnt appreciated anywhere on the planet...the opening reason for the thread itself is a steady example!

1) you are typing so wasting breath is a useless way to put it let alone type it!
Are you seriously starting an argument over the literal sense of figure of speech now? Talk about immature.

Try one of these: https://global.oup.com/academic/product/understanding-figurative-language-9780195111095 You are welcome.

2) yet you are arguing!
What, yet? Whats your point? Simply calling out a farce instead of playing along translates to not having any arguments anymore, for you? Reading comprehension helps. Or did you feel personally attacked by my first post? Sorry, I may be able to see trough ulterior motives behind a lot of bullsh*t that gets posted here, but I can't just read minds from a blank page. But don't worry I'm starting to get the picture here too.

I didnt bother reading the post at all!
You say and yet you are brushing it all off as immature and of bad attitude without as much as an attempt of a justification (unless you are really trying to project the hurt feelings of selfvictimizing individuals here, that can't or don't like to deal with the truth, on entire countries). That tells a lot.
