Huge explosions in Iran

. .
Any Iranians living in Iran that can shed some light on this?
I called my friend in Pardis. They heard nothing and they can't see any light. I'm not sure if the news is fake though.

Some people who have commented under the twitter post say they didn't hear any explosion sound either.

Update: There's another hashtag on twitter that is covering the incident. They say people in Tehran can see the light. It's weird. It looks like a huge explosion in the video. Something like the Chernobyl incident although the color of the light says that it's hopefully not a nuclear explosion because the flame looks red and not blue (so it's not very hot).

Videos aren't long enough to hear a shockwave, or there isn't any.
The video I posted has been taken from Bam-e Tehran, a hiking spot in the north of Tehran City that goes up to the Tochal Mountains.
Pardis is in the East of Tehran. I called a person living in Pardis and they had heard no explosion. It just doesn't add up.

It's 2:40 AM in Tehran and Iranian newspapers have written nothing about it yet.

Update: An Iranian newspaper (mashreghnews.ir) reported the incident just now. They say the explosion has been heard in Pardis, Bumehen and other cities in the east of Tehran. The sky has become orange.

Apparently it may be a power station outage. Video below looks similar even though the fireball is blue-hued.

That's another thing that is strange with this explosion. The flame is red and orange in color, meaning that the flame is not too hot. Maybe it's a gas pipeline?

Are there any military bases east of Tehran? I'm just trying to rule out another Bidganeh screw up.

I'm looking on google earth, can't seem to find any pipelines or power stations near Pardis.

There's a chance that the explosion is not in Pardis.
Maybe it has happened in the Southeast of Tehran? Pardis is in the Northeast of Tehran. Maybe it was the Parchin military site? I'm totally clueless.
