I would very much like a grand project involves CPU, mainboard, Compiler, OS and IDE and a new programing language.
They can build a supercomputer themselves under Obama sanctions.
There will be 3 years of constant trolling by us, but in the end, it will work.
It would be nice to have some balance, like in weapon purchasing. If you're at odds with the US, there will be Russia.
