How to tag/mention a member?

How do I tag a member in my post?

@ and then member ID. While typing initial three words, drop down list will appear, select desired member and repeat the same for further tagging. Only 5 tags at a time will work, to avoid spamming. A screen shot is shared herewith for reference/easy work.
